Ranked dark pool prints

A year of one stock's prints, each ranked against every print of the same kind in its last 12 months (1 is the largest in a year). Prints are reported after they happen.

• Parameter symbol (string, required): Ticker symbol, e.g. AAPL.
• Parameter kind (string): trade (block trades), close or open (the auctions).
• Parameter sort (string): big (largest first) or new.
• Parameter limit (integer): Rows per page, up to 200.
• Parameter cursor (string): next_cursor from the previous page.
• d, t (mixed): Day, and time in epoch milliseconds.
• pr, v, p (number): Price, shares, dollars.
• dark (integer): 1 off-exchange, 0 an exchange block or auction.
• k (string): trade, close or open.
• late (integer): 1 reported late or not at the market (average price and similar).
• rank (integer): Its rank among the year's prints of its kind.
• GET /symbols/{symbol}/darkpool/ranked: Ranked dark pool prints. A year of one stock's prints, each ranked against every print of the same kind in its last 12 months (1 is the largest in a year). Prints are reported after they happen.
