MCP server
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client to Tradytics. You sign in with your Tradytics Pro account and the app answers from the same data as the API.
- The server speaks Streamable HTTP. Apps sign in with OAuth: you approve them on a Tradytics page that lists what they can read. Each connection counts toward the same rate limits as a key and shows on the API keys page, where you can disconnect it.
- Open Customize, then Connectors, and select Add custom connector.
- Name it Tradytics, paste https://tradytics.com/mcp as the URL and select Add.
- Select Connect, sign in to Tradytics if asked, and select Allow.
- In a chat, turn Tradytics on from the + menu under Connectors.
- On Team and Enterprise plans an owner adds it in Organization settings, under Connectors; members then select Connect in Customize.
- In Claude Code, run this and then /mcp to sign in:
- Open chatgpt.com/plugins, select +, then Add custom MCP server.
- Name it Tradytics, choose Public endpoint and paste https://tradytics.com/mcp.
- Set Authentication to OAuth, confirm and select Create.
- Sign in to Tradytics and select Allow. Mention @Tradytics in a chat to use it.
- Add the server to ~/.cursor/mcp.json, or to .cursor/mcp.json in a project:
- Then open Cursor's MCP settings, select Connect next to Tradytics, sign in and select Allow.
- Any client that supports Streamable HTTP and MCP OAuth connects the same way. A client that only takes headers can send an API key instead:
- The approval page lists the scopes the app asks for. An app sees only the tools its scopes open.
- Tools answer in compact JSON: numbers rounded, chart series trimmed to their latest points, rows as columns and rows.
- Times are New York time. Money is US dollars and percent fields are percent.
- Lists come newest or largest first. Pass a result's next_cursor back as cursor for more.
- Every tool call is one API call per endpoint it reads, counted against the connection's limits.
