Dealer gamma by strike near spot with the call wall, put wall and gamma flip. 404 for symbols without dealer data.

• Parameter symbol (string, required): Ticker symbol, e.g. AAPL.
• spot (number): Price.
• total (number): Net gamma.
• strikes (array): [strike, gamma].
• levels (array): title and price.
