Where does Tradytics get their data from?
We have two main data types, stocks and options flow. We get our stocks data from Polygon, which is live up to a millisecond. Similarly, our options flow data comes directly from the exchange in real time. All of our data is real-time except for darkpool, which is 15 minutes delayed.
Although our data is real-time, we sometimes need a few minutes to run our analysis tools. Our platform is data driven and we have to mine millions of data points to come up with trade ideas, which can sometimes take time.
