I am having trouble submitting payment & subscribing

Please check to make sure address and zip code are correct. Also you can try subscribing from the mobile app, payments on mobile are handled by Apple and seem to work better, Also check with your CC provider to make sure they aren't awaiting your authorization for an online purchase. Please do not click the submit button more than once unless you know the payment did not go through, please reach out to support on the webchat if you are not sure.
