Tradytics offers two types of bots to its customers. The first type is called Querying bots where a user has to type in a command to query out bots for options flow, trade ideas, stock research, etc.

Autoposting Bots

The second type of bots are called autoposting bots that post content all day in a discord without needing any manual input. For these, all we need are a few webhook URLs for your discord and everything is automated from there.

How to add query bots to my server?

Once you sign up for the premium plan, you will receive an email detailing instructions on how to add the bots. For query bots, you will simply receive a link that you can click and add them. Once they are added, please try typing in any query such as tr-all SPY to see if it's working correctly. A limited version of query bots is also available for free.

How to add autoposting bots to my server?

These are only available with paid plans. Once you sign up, please create separate channels in your discord for each of our autoposting bots. Once you have done that, please go to the settings of each channel, create a webhook url, and send it to Tradytics#4340 via discord. Once we receive the webhook urls, we will enable the autoposting bots.

What's the difference between discord bot and individual subscription?

Discord bot subscription is only for people who have their own discord servers and want to add our bots to them. Discord bot sub gives you unlimited access to our discord bots for your server. It does not give you any individual access to the platform. That subscription is separate for 69/mo and gives you unlimited access to our website and mobile app.

Are there any deals if I get both discord bot and individual subscription?

We realize that $269 ($69 for individual and $199 for discord bot) is a lot of money to pay on a monthly basis. Therefore, if you get both subscriptions, please reach out to us via discord and we will apply a 10% coupon on both thus making your payment ~$240/month instead of $269.

How to best use the trade ideas given by Tradytics tools?

Our trade ideas are best used if they are considered as potential trade ideas. Since no trading system is 100% accurate, we highly recommend adding some of your own due diligence while using an idea. That has proven highly effective for our existing members.

What if I do not want to continue after my trial is over?

You can cancel your subscription any time by going to your profile and clicking "Cancel discord subscription".

Do you have a refund policy?

Once your subscription or trial payment has been charged, we do not have any refund policy. Please be aware of your subscription payment dates and cancel in time if you do not wish to continue your service.
