Is TradeAlgo's comparison of Tradytics accurate?

TradeAlgo publishes "TradeAlgo vs Tradytics 2026", dated April 1, 2026, with pricing as of March 2026. Parts of it still hold: Tradytics does have a live options flow feed that marks sweeps and blocks, and a market net flow view, and the article's verdict that Tradytics wins on price is still true. Other points are out of date. Here is what it says next to what is true on October 31, 2026.

Darkpool and block data delayed 15 minutesClose to right: Tradytics shows dark pool prints within about 15 minutes of their report, with levels built from 10 sessions. Why that window doesn't matter is explained below.
No AI classification layerThe AI analyst reads a trade and tells you what it likely is: a hedge, a spread or a fresh bet. Prints also carry a side chip (Above ask down to Below bid) and, where they apply, tags such as Opening, Spread and Complex.
Intraday and swing AI models with confidence scoresThe AI in the app today is the AI analyst (3, 20 or unlimited questions a day) and AI options trade ideas, each explained in plain words and tracked until it closes with its full record.
Data "functional but delayed"Options flow is live to the second on Live and Pro, straight from OPRA. Free shows yesterday's session.

The article also scores TradeAlgo ahead on real-time processing. On options flow, both are live. On dark pools, the difference is in what is shown: Tradytics shows every reported off-exchange print plus exchange blocks of at least 25,000 shares and $250K, while TradeAlgo's Terminal page describes its own dark pool prints as inferred.

In that answer, the analyst flagged that NVDA's biggest print, $114M in November 20 $240 puts, was a mid-price spread rather than a clean bet. That is the classification work the article says is missing. More in how to tell if a big options trade is a hedge.

Does a 15-minute dark pool window matter?

Not for reading levels. TradeAlgo labels its own dark pool prints "delayed / inferred"; Tradytics shows reported prints within about 15 minutes of their report. Dark pool data is read for where size built up over days, and levels built from 10 sessions of prints look the same either way.
